3. Project Services

  • Originality: All projects provided are original and created specifically for each client.
  • Documentation: Projects include plagiarism-free documentation as specified.
  • Support: We provide 30 days of post-delivery support for queries and minor modifications.
  • Usage: Projects are for educational and learning purposes only.
  • Modifications: Additional modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before project commencement.
  • Advance payment may be required for certain services.
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and will be evaluated case by case.
  • All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the project deliverables are transferred to the client for their personal educational use.
  • We retain the right to use similar concepts and technologies in future projects.
  • Clients should not redistribute or resell the projects.

7. Academic Integrity

10. Cancellation & Refund

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of order placement for full refund.
  • Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed.
  • No refunds after project delivery and acceptance.
  • Each case is evaluated individually.

11. Communication

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us regarding your services, updates, and promotional offers. You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time.

12. Modifications to Terms
